A Night of the Paranormal

A Night with the Paranormal

As an added feature to their annual Haunted Hayride, The Woodbury (CT) Lions Club will present two sessions on the supernatural with popular paranormal investigator Ken DeCosta on Sunday, October 22, at 4 and 6 pm, starting with a hayride from Mitchell School.

Mr. DeCosta, the Founder and Director the Rhode Island Society for the Examination of Unusual Phenomena (RISEUP), with forty years of experience exploring the paranormal, will lead the hour-long sessions. With DeCosta, RISEUP team members and special guests will explore the supernatural side of Woodbury. DeCosta has appeared on several popular paranormal television shows, and hosts an Internet-based web series, “The Paranormal Truth”.

Attendees will begin from Mitchell School (14 School Street, in Woodbury), board hay wagons, and journey to the club's Haunted Barn, where a multi-media presentation will tell of a few of Mr. DeCosta's past investigations, and some of the eerie occurrences that take place within our town.

There are two sessions, each limited to forty attendees, one starting from the school at 4pm, and one at 6pm. The cost is $25 per attendee, and advance registration and payment is required through the Lions’ website, www.WoodburyCTLions.org. The Lions suggest registering early as they anticipate that this special event will sell-out.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door. Your printed Paypal receipt is your ticket.
